Tangy Chicken
Ingredients
1. Chicken- 500 gms, around 6-7 pieces
2. Ginger-Garlic paste- 2 tsp
3. Black pepper pwd- 1 tsp
4. Dried Oregano- 1/2 tsp
5. Olive oil- 2 tbsp
6. Salt- To taste
7. Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
Sauce-
1. Mayonnaise- 1 tbsp
2. Cream Cheese- 1 tbsp
3. Chili Garlic Sauce- 3-4 tbsp (depending on desired spiciness)
4. Hot Sauce/ Sriracha Sauce-Â 2 tbsp
5. Tomato Ketchup- 2 tbsp
Optional- A few drops of red color can be added
Method-
Step 11. Make slits in chicken pieces..
Step 2. Marinate chicken with salt, black pepper pwd, dried oregano, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste. Add oil and mix well.
Step 3. Let marinate in fridge for at least an hour.
Step 4. Cook in preheated oven at 180 degrees C. for 20 mins one side, then turn and 15 mins other side.
Step 5. Mix together ingredients for sauce.
Step 6. Toss in prepared sauce and serve.
